Curse of computors

My laptop worked fine being lugged around Japan. It worked fine last night.

This morning I woke up and it just-- wasn't. Wouldn't start up.

Some of you may remember I had a similiar problem a while ago. Now it's not starting up, but in a slightly different manner. Initial attempts to fix it have not worked.

And teh thing is- one of the things, other than the fact that I haven't backed up the stories I was just working on- is that I just came back from Tokyo, where they have places that can fix macs. Like before, it stops working when I get back home.

Fuck, I believe sums up my feelings.

Heh, read the second paragraph, and was about to ask you if you had a mac! My ibook stops working *all the time*. And I've taken it to Mac stores with the genius bars and they're usually no help, and I've ended up having to get it completely wiped clean and reinstall everything twice. And it's going through another phase of not working right now. I feel your pain and hope somehow your computer fixes itself.
