Stress relief meme, gacked from [livejournal.com profile] interlock. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.

1) Tea. Tea makes anything better, or at least, bearable.
2) Books. When I was little, if I was worried or stressed or just feeling emotional, I used to take a book with me to bed, under the sheets or under the pillow, so I could just touch it and be comforted.
3) Feeding people. I get great comfort from feeding people.
4) Travel. Even just on a bus or something. The actual process of travelling relaxes me.
5) Contact with the people I care about.
