Jun. 13th, 2001 05:29 pmmy little brother has lost a wad of cash. And I do mean wad. He has the knack of saving (or hoarding, which might be more appropriate for him) money, so he has a wallet with hi never-spend money. About a hundred quid. Not bad for an 11 year old. Anyway, it's gone missing. Assuming it's not just lost (and we've had some good looks for it) that means someone has taken it.
personally, my money's on one of his friends. Y'see, this isn't the first time this happened. He once won a bundle of cash playing a slot machine, and most of that disappeared too.
I think it's his friend that lives up the road to us.
