So I got this email today:
Hi,
It looks like you were never charged for shipping (for whatever reason), so it never showed up as "to be shipped" in our system. I can either send it out today with no shipping charge or I can cancel the order since we're out of the Polariods. I apologize for the inconvenience, and we have corrected the error so it does not happen in the future.

Extra annoying, since the last email I had from them said:
Your package was shipped on the 18th. Since it was a preorder, we printed quite a few shipping labels prior to the CD's release date (10/23). Sometimes international orders take a week or two to arrive. Also, our email address is webstore@fueledbyramen.net. I am having the incorrect email listed in the autoreply corrected immediately. I apologize for the inconvenience!

Which in response to me emailing them about my missing order. And emailing again when I didn't get a reply. And again. And again, when I realised that the email for support on the order acknowledgement was webstore@fueledbyramen.com, but the one on their website was webstore@fueledbyramen.net which might have explained why no-one was replying.
All of which means I now have *bad associations* with Cobra Starship. Bad association! Where there should only be good associations! And I'm AFK for the afternoon so I can't even listen to Guilty Pleasures til I'm in my happy place again. Grargh!
(It is possible I am in a bad mood and am being unfair, but... no poloroid! No CS!).
Other people outside the US that ordered from FBR, you might want to check on your order status as well.
