This is some, but not all.

Ones that make me go eeee! when I see they've been updated:
Bite me! Well, of course. Screamingly funny. Vampires during the French Revolution. Chickens. Updated one a Saturday. I really can't think of anyone who has read this, that wouldn't rec it. Love the artwork- not standard, but excellent.
Lil Mel and Sergio. Also funny. Especially the Cows Go Moo/Dogs make either an unmodulated semi-harmonic bark or a frequently modulated harmoci howl, in either case originating, like most non-humans mammelian vocalizations soley in the layrnx.
I prefer the orginal art style a lot, but i still enjoy it. Page a week updates.
Kismet: Hunter's Moon. I didn't like this when I started reading it- it was confusing and nothing really seemed to make sense or explain why I was reading it- but now, I really like it and what to find out what happens next. the artwork is good, but standard- doesn't grab me. The plot does.
Dicebox. The artwork is fantastic. Really amazing. The characters are interesting, but there's still a big what's happening? with the plot. I can't quite get into it because of that- because I don't know where it's going yet- but it does have that page-turner curiosity. And like I said, really amazing art. Once a week updates.
Also at Girlamatic:
Chasing Rainbows: Art is very manga influenced, characters have potential, but it's still feeling like the first 15 minutes of a new series, so I watching because I know it'll get interesting, and it has potential, rather than because I've been drawn in completely.
Knights of the Shroud. As above, except that the art style, plot and characters are completely different. An artist that really knows how to make the black-and-white artwork work for him.
Arcana Jayne comics- interesting, but I'm not as fond of the new art style.
Lucas + Odessa- good, but I can't tell why I should care about the characters yet.
Jeepers- good, and frequently updated.
Regular, frequently updated:
Comicstrips (daily)
Dilbert. I like it. My dad likes it because it reminds him of work. My mum dislikes it for the same reason.
Doonesbury. One of my two political comics. I started reading doonesbury when I was really little (my dad had a few volumes, from when it started way back when) and just never got out of the habit. The other one is done by the guy who does Ozzy and Mille, and he posts them in his livejournal.
Helen, Sweetheart of the Internet. Geek love!
Rose is Rose. heartwarming. Which normally wouldn't make me rec something, but this time... yes.
Sinfest. Love it. Very funny. Love the occasionaly kanji explanations. Love God with the puppets. Love Pooch and Percival (especially Percival). Love Slick. Love Monique. Love the Devil's fanboy.
Updated more than once a week (usually)
Antihero for Hire. Art isn't great, but interesting idea and good storyline.
Errant Story. Fantasy setting, but not a fantasy mindset. Good characters.
Friendly Hostility. By Sandra of Boy Meets Boy. As good as you'd expect. I'm crushing on Padma and Nefertari.
Killroy and Tina. Intergalatic tyrant. 17 year old teenage girl. Not as funny as you'd think- more serious than the storyline suggests. Art is reasonable, not breathtaking, which works well for this comic.
Okashina Okashi -Strange Candy. Gotta love the meta.
Ozzy and Millie. Absolutely love this comic, definitly one of my favourites- Zen celtic dragons! Surreal is good.
Scandal Sheet. Tabloids and the supernatural. Reasonable artwork, pretty entertaining storylines.
Ubersoft. Geek Love II!
Waspi Square. I like the characters (mostly rl setting, with occasional visits from Aztec gods of booze). I like the way he draws the characters.
Once a week or less:
Blatah. Big storyline, lots of plot. Fantasy setting and m/m and m/f. I have mixed feelings about the art.
For the Love of Yaoi. Manga influenced drawing, fantasy setting. I've already decided I want the main boy to end up with his orb demon, not the pretty elf-boy that's set up as his love interest.
Ghastly's Ghastly Comic. Hentai, in a tenacle kind of way. Funny.
Grayling. Gorgeous and original art, interesting and original storyline, frequently tramautic. High angst doesn't get me- it's too gratuitous. This, to me, feels more like real angst. real pain. God, I hope there's a happy ending.
No Need for Bushido. Set in Feudal, comic japan (buildings have signs like "Bingo cancelled for overuse of anachronism".) Funny.
Sexylosers. Hentai, but I don't know. I just find necrophilia jokes amusing.
Sinner Dragon. Fantasy setting. m/m. m/everyone (that Alex is such a slapper). Entertaining. Art style is changing.
Sparkling Generation Valkyrie Girl Yuuki. Updated infrequently, but big updates when they happen. Magic Girl parody. Very funny.
TAV. Hentai, in a fade-to-black kind of way. Funny.
Twelve Dragons. Fantasy setting. It grew on me and now I love it. Especially good world details.
Zebragirl. Love the art, love the characters. RL with demons/alternate universes/magic setting. Tragicomic in parts.
